Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner 2. Provide assistance and support to customers with their inquiries, issues, and concerns 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and escalations 4. Conduct research as needed to find solutions and provide accurate information to customers 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits 2. Strong problem-solving and research skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Must have a quiet and professional workspace to work remotely
