Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is seeking a motivated and confident Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a remote work opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Providing product information and pricing to customers - Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance targets set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
