Amazon is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative for Remote Work in Dubai, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, responding effectively, and resolving issues promptly. 3. Utilize effective communication skills to maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers. 4. Document customer interactions accurately and timely in the system database. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver consistent and high-quality service. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards. 7. Achieve performance targets and metrics set by the company.
