Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a reliable and driven Call Center Representative to join our team for remote work in Abu Dhabi. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries, issues, or feedback. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or gather feedback - Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' questions or issues - Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions - Researching and resolving customer complaints or concerns - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Reliable and driven attitude towards work - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and independently - Proficient in using computer programs and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent
