Call Center Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team at Philip Morris International. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, and resolve any customer complaints or issues. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different situations. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
