Job Description:
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team on a remote part-time basis in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Answer questions and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Input and update customer information in the system accurately - Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and achieve goals - Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards
Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership skills - Attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
