Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team remotely in Dubai, AE. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with strong critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling escalated calls - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to all company guidelines and regulations

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
