Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Lowe’s in Dubai for remote work. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat communication. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat communication - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Offer product recommendations and information to customers - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Utilize chat support software and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strategic planning and cooperation soft skills - Proficient in using chat support software and other technology tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
