Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Lincoln National. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat platform - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and meet their needs - Manage customer relationships and ensure customer retention - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service offerings

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others - Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult customer interactions - Excellent communication and people management skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus - Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems
