Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our chat support platform. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other queries they may have. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and responses.
Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Independent and energetic 2. Soft skills: Strong teamwork and adaptability skills 3. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms
