Job Description:

As a Chat Support Associate at Erie Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai, AE. This part-time entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with policy information, claims, and any other related inquiries. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
