Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a motivated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Dubai, UAE. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels. This is a part-time position with a seniority level at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize attention to detail and project management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations at once - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or related field - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
