Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Freddie Mac is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our remote team in Dubai. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our clients. This position requires a high level of independence and motivation, as well as strong leadership and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service and support. - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness. - Train and onboard new chat support agents. - Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to chat support agents. - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless support for clients. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or chat support management. - Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and motivate a team. - Proficiency in chat support software and tools. - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
