Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at U.S. Bancorp on a part-time remote basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality and efficient support through online chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team meets performance goals and KPIs - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train new chat support team members on best practices and company policies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role - Proven track record of driving performance and achieving results in a chat support environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Experience in strategic planning and presentation skills
