Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting customers with online banking services and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Monitoring and responding to customer feedback on social media platforms. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in the chat system. 7. Upholding the company's policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. 3. Independent and energetic personality traits. 4. Adaptability and attention to detail are essential. 5. Proficiency in using online chat support platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
