Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through the chat platform - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and account inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers - Document customer interactions and update information in the system as needed

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be resourceful, resilient, and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Soft skills in persuasion and cooperation are highly desirable
