Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Duke Energy is seeking a passionate and energetic Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support channels - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in written communication - Presentation and negotiation skills - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
