Job Description:
We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at TJX. This is a remote work position based in Dubai. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Passionate and confident personality traits.
