Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Newmont Mining is seeking a remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
