Job Description:

As a Chat Support Specialist at Republic Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms. - Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and accurate information. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
