Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Client Relations Assistant to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, AE, and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Entry Level position, this role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and relationships - Interact with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in developing and implementing client communication strategies - Provide support in preparing client presentations and reports - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
