Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Tech Data is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to understand their requirements and provide solutions - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver projects on time and within budget - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients and work to increase their loyalty to the company - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to offer relevant insights and recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field is preferred - Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
