Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position will be remote work, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met - Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist in the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Resilient in handling challenging situations and able to remain composed under pressure - Strong project management and planning skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in the energy sector or a related industry is a plus
