Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

DuPont is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Dubai on a remote basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to provide support and gather feedback. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns effectively. 4. Assist in the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports. 5. Keep detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system. 6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide value-added services to clients. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Confident in dealing with diverse clients and challenging situations. 4. Innovative problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
