Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Visteon, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dubai, UAE. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients - Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver high-quality service - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues in a timely and effective manner - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets - Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to senior management - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to client challenges
