Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team at ABM Industries. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. 4. Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients showcasing our products and services. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for client retention and growth. 8. Travel to meet with clients as needed to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Dedicated and independent personality traits with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong creativity and presentation skills to engage clients and communicate effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
