Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Sempra Energy. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Dubai, UAE on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations, you will play a critical role in managing and strengthening relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner - Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and work towards expanding our client base - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess industry trends, and identify areas for improvement - Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on key performance metrics - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth and meet revenue targets

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in project management and planning - Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of autonomy - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
