Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing assistance, and addressing concerns - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client engagement and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Hardworking and reliable, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
