Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is currently seeking a dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client relations and a passion for driving success.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service - Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new clients to the company - Prepare reports on client feedback, sales performance, and overall client satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience and meet company objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successful client relations experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Passionate about providing exceptional service and achieving results - Driven to succeed and exceed client expectations - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to cooperate with team members and collaborate on projects
