Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Officer to join our team at CHS. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and growing our client base. This position is part-time with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication - Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell our products and services to existing clients - Prepare reports on client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate solutions - Driven and dedicated to achieving client satisfaction - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
