Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing support as needed - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Handle client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Passionate and energetic individual with a strong desire to exceed client expectations - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Experience working remotely and managing clients in a virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
