Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Relations Representative to join our team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum. This is a part-time remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve account management strategies. - Project manage client onboarding processes and assist with training as needed. - Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities with existing clients. - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service. - Strong project management and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
