Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Dubai, AE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to provide informed recommendations - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are being met and exceeded - Monitor client accounts to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and ensure all documentation is up to date

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Motivated and reliable individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong people management and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
