Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Baxalta is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level position, we welcome candidates with no prior experience who possess the personality traits of adaptability and drive, as well as strong soft skills in communication and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary - Provide product and service information to clients and guide them through the purchasing process - Generate leads and assist in expanding the client base - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work part-time hours
