Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team remotely from Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate-level team member with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. 5. Develop creative solutions to customer problems or requests. 6. Monitor client accounts and track customer interactions using our CRM system. 7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 8. Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and sales metrics.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality traits to excel in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong research and creativity skills to provide innovative solutions to client needs. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6.
