Job Description - Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hilton Worldwide Holdings is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our remote team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on products and services - Monitor client accounts and provide reports on performance metrics - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Excellent presentation and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software


Personality Traits: - Passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic about working with clients and solving problems


Soft Skills: - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Analytical mindset to evaluate client data and identify areas for improvement
