Job Description:
As a Client Service Assistant at Dillard’s, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely. Your main duties will include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and promoting our brand image.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns they may have - Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Dedicated and independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment - Strong research and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be detail-oriented and organized
