Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and product/service information - Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns in a timely manner - Handle client complaints with professionalism and empathy - Assist in creating and maintaining client satisfaction surveys - Stay up-to-date on company products/services and industry trends - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
