Job Description:
Xcel Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Dubai for remote work. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service remotely.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to address their inquiries and concerns - Manage client accounts, including updating client information and processing account transactions - Provide excellent customer service by resolving client issues and ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conduct research and analysis on industry trends to better serve clients and provide relevant information - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Adaptability and resourcefulness to thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and provide relevant solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
