Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Union Properties is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client service management.

As a Client Service Manager, your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing client service strategies to drive business growth and increase client retention. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
