Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Manager to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase. This is a remote work opportunity based in Dubai, UAE, and is ideally suited for someone with at least 8 years of experience in client service management. As a mid-to-senior level professional, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Drive customer retention and growth by identifying opportunities to upsell products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve our services and offerings - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients
