Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Honeywell International is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dubai, AE. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement. 3. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience. 5. Develop and maintain client service strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals. 6. Track key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention, and provide regular reports to management. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service processes and procedures. 8. Lead client service meetings and trainings to ensure that all team members are aligned on client service standards and practices.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. 5. Resourceful and dedicated mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. 6. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 8. Experience in remote work environments preferred.
