Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Williams is seeking a passionate and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through various communication channels to provide exceptional service and support - Understand and anticipate client needs to offer tailored solutions and recommendations - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Provide feedback to management to improve client experience and overall operations - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Creativity in approaching client needs and finding solutions - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
