Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

3M is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely from Dubai, UAE. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, energetic, and possesses excellent research and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Assist in resolving client issues and escalations - Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs and objectives - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities - Manage client projects and ensure successful implementation - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and project management tools - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Research and project management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
