Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mubadala Development Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. As an Associate Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects on time and within budget - Prepare and present client reports and presentations, demonstrating the value of our services - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to drive growth and profitability

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a related industry - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail - Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
