Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Genworth Financial is seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer working remotely in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the financial industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, including updating personal information and processing transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction levels. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.


Requirements: 1. A driven and independent personality with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 5. Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to work remotely. 6. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
