Client Service Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a confident and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team at Visteon. This is a part-time remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in strategic planning for client retention and growth initiatives. 6. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition efforts. 7. Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and outcomes.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. 3. Ability to think strategically and contribute to planning sessions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
