Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team at CenturyLink. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Dubai, AE on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Work closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients.

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Confident and able to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
