Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Jarden. As a remote worker based in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients - Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and technical support - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work efficiently without direct supervision - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
