Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Universal Health Services is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide assistance and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Collaborate with team members to improve overall client experience - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Handle escalated client concerns with patience and empathy

Requirements: - Passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and environments - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to think creatively and critically to find solutions - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
